Pre-production session

Choose your 60-minute video call slot.

What is this call for?
We align on your project: goals, talents, locations, references, deliverables, technical constraints. This is also where we determine how many videos can realistically be produced within the 4-hour session based on complexity (setups, scene changes, talents, etc.). If you want more, we keep filming during the session and you get the additional raw footage without editing included. Schedule at least 7 days before your shoot. Google Meet link sent by email.

How does the shoot work?
Each session lasts 4 hours on-site (at our studio or your chosen location). We capture everything planned in the brief: interviews, B-roll, product shots, etc. The number of videos produced is set during the pre-prod call based on complexity. If you want to film additional content during the session, you can — you get the extra raw footage without editing included. Schedule at least 5 days after the pre-prod call to confirm talents, props and authorizations. The shoot address is confirmed at the next step.
